4. Payment Terms

CorgSpace provides boutique web and design services to businesses. Invoices are automatically generated based on contract terms and are typically payable within 30 days of issuance.

Fees and Billing

• Fee Structure: Fees are determined by the scope and complexity of services as outlined in the individual project contract.
• Invoicing: Invoices are automatically generated in accordance with the milestones or timelines established in the project contract.

Payment Process

• Payment Due Dates: Each invoice is payable within 30 days of issuance, unless otherwise specified in the project contract.

Late Payments

• Client Content: All materials provided by the client remain the intellectual property of the client.

Use of Work Product

• Client License: Upon full payment, clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use the final work product for their business purposes.
• Restrictions: This license does not include the right to resell, redistribute, or sublicense the work product without prior written consent from CorgSpace.

Copyright Notice

• Attribution: CorgSpace reserves the right to include a discreet copyright notice and/or attribution in the work product.

6. Confidentiality

• CorgSpace Initiated: CorgSpace reserves the right to terminate or suspend a client’s access to our services for breach of these Terms of Service, non-payment, or other significant violations.

Consequences of Termination

• Service Discontinuation: Upon termination, all services will be discontinued, and the client will no longer have access to their account and project data.
• Financial Obligations: Clients are responsible for any outstanding payments at the time of termination.

Data Retention and Deletion

• Retention of Data: CorgSpace may retain certain client data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
• Data Deletion: Clients may request the deletion of their data, subject to legal and contractual limitations.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability
